I am an executive coach supporting high-performing, multi-passionate professionals to achieve their potential and manifest purpose-driven change. With 15 years of coaching experience and 20 years in business working at the intersection of design, brand & culture, and technology, I am available for 1 : 1 coaching, workshop facilitation, brand and business strategy, creative direction, and team development. I am also the author of the bestselling brand book, Archetypes in Branding: A Toolkit for Creatives and Strategists.

Using skills and best practices from multiple disciplines – transpersonal psychology, archetypes, organizational development, sustainable business strategy and management, and design thinking — I support people to catalyze satisfying and transformational change in their lives and their work.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts from UC Berkeley, an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School, an Advanced Transformational Coaching Certificate through Sofia University (formerly Institute of Transpersonal Psychology), and completed a 200-hour Anusara Yoga Teacher Training with Marc St. Pierre.

Archetypes in Branding: A Toolkit for Creatives and Strategists

offers a highly participatory approach to brand development. With a foreword by Jay Ogilvy, co-founder of Global Business Network and a companion deck of sixty original archetype cards, the book includes useful advice on the meaning and responsible use of archetypes, as well as how to apply archetypes in a variety of business contexts.

Designed to help the effective integration of brand culture and communications, an archetypal approach creates a unique way to have the conversations that matter to the future success and sustainability of your brand and your business.

Readers will use this tool over and over again to inform and enliven brand strategy, and to create resonant and authentic communications.
