Themes include: career, creativity, conflict, finances, health, parenting, performance enhancement, leadership development, relationships, and new ventures. Sessions are typically weekly or bi-weekly, last 50 minutes, and take place by phone, in person, or video conferencing. We help bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be in your life.
Like most areas in our lives, success in coaching is built on a solid relationship. Standing beside you, your coach soon becomes a thinking partner, guide, trusted confidant and adept catalyst for you to be the architect of your own life. Through astute and compassionate inquiry, your coach opens the door for you to explore and move beyond limiting beliefs that interfere with your success, inner peace and happiness.
Coaching is a practice
Coaching works well when individuals are open to new ideas, are ready to be courageous in the face of the unknown, and want a different way of being in the world. Similar to any new behavior, be it a new business strategy, a sport or an artistic pursuit, practice is the key ingredient for developing skills that create meaningful change. As a client you would generally leave sessions with self-chosen practices to support you in living a life you love.
